Service Plans

Basic Service Plan

• 6 hours of service from us annually ($90 savings)
• Includes free pre-delivery setup of a new system.*
• Priority Service**
• Discounted Labor Rate if Service Plan hours are depleted ($15/hour savings)
• Receive discount on other services not covered by Service Plan ($15/hour savings)
• Billed in 15min increments instead of 30min increments***

*The system must be ordered though RB Tech Services and must be either a Dell or Apple Computer. This covers preparing the computer to be ready to use out of the box for you (Installing all updates/patches and installing required software). Limited to 2 hours total, after that, service plan hours or discounted labor rate may apply. For custom built computers, Service Plan hours will be used or Service Plan discounted labor rate will be charged.

**Service(s) will be rendered with a higher priority for those with a current Service Plan than those without a current Service Plan.

***Unless otherwise stated,  services will incur a 1 hour minimum charge. After that, those with a current Server Plan will be billed in 15min increments, those without a current Service Plan will be billed in 30min increments.
